Mr Hive Kitchen & Bar, Crown Metropol’s signature restaurant is the brainchild of Executive Chef John Lawson.

Influenced by dining in London, Melbourne & New York, John applies his traditional French cooking techniques in a modern context. He has created a menu that is reflective of his British heritage & the love of comforting dishes that burst with “big flavours”.
